Kochen für Krishna
Our Hare Krishna temples are known worldwide for their unique Vedic culinary arts. In
many countries, there are also Hare Krishna restaurants where guests can enjoy the delicious specialties of Vedic cuisine. For us, cooking is more than just an everyday activity – it is a form of
devotion, in the knowledge that we want to please God with our food. Each dish is offered to God before it is consumed, and God gives it back to us “spiritually enriched”. We call such food
“prasadam”. In this seminar, you will learn to “cook for Krishna”. Together, we will prepare delicious dishes with lots of love and devotion, while you discover new techniques and tips from
Ayurvedic, Vedic, and vegan cuisine. You will learn the art of preparing dishes with oriental spices and creating new, exciting recipes. The seminar is suitable for both beginners and experienced
cooking enthusiasts and offers a unique opportunity to experience the deeper meaning of cooking.
Analakshita Devi Dasi, who originally grew up as a Christian, has been cooking with her school classes for the past 20 years as a primary and secondary school teacher (main subjects: mathematics
and home economics). She regularly cooks Sunday feasts at Goloka Dhama and bakes the most delicious pizzas for the Goloka Dhama festivals and other events. In her seminars, Analakshita loves to
share one or two “cooking secrets” from her treasure trove. She will introduce you to the practice of “cooking for Krsna” with great joy and spiritual depth. Together with her son Elias Jank, she
is the author of the cookbook “Geweihtes genießen” (Enjoy the Consecrated): a vegan cookbook without onions or garlic!

Japa Retreat
During this weekend we will give emphasis into letting aside all the concern of this world to dive into chanting the Holy Name with absorption. We will have plenty of time to chant Japa while
hearing regular, small inspirations with meditations, skills, moods and prayers. We will also hear about the glories of the Holy Name in the morning lectures and have evening kirtan sessions. On
top, the Satvic and peaceful atmosphere of Goloka Dhama temple will surely assist the sincere devotees. This retreat aims at giving some new strength and enthusiasm into one of the most important
practices of Bhakti Yoga. By the association on sincere devotees, guidance, and under the shelter of Sri Sri Radha Madana Mohan, the success of this retreat is already assured.
Gaurahari dasa came to know about Krsna consciousness at the age of 20 years old. Five years later he decided to seriously practice the process of Sadhana Bhakti while still living far from the
temple and working in society. Three years later he stopped his painting business to become a monk and joined the Zurich temple in 2002. After a few months, he was invited to join the team of
Srila Sacinadana Swami as his personal servant. For 9 years, Gaurahari dasa travelled with his spiritual master all around the world and was trained with a lot of care and attention in the
practical aspects of Krsna consciousness.
For the following 10 years, Gaurahari dasa served as temple president in the Goloka Dhama community, together with his wife. He is now spending more time in the Holy Dham and is travelling and teaching.
During his years of service with H.H. Sacinandana Swami, Gaurahari dasa attended many of his spiritual master's Japa retreats. He has now been teaching weekly online Japa inspirations for more than 3 years.
Vaijayanti dasi: After some studies at university and some years of travelling freely as a street artist, Vaijayanti met devotees and decided to go alone to India. When she came to Vrindavana, she felt so much at home that she started to dive into the practices of Krsna consciousness. She has done many Vraja Mandala Parikrams and has spent more than 10 years in actively distributing Srila Prabhupada´s books. She joined Goloka Dhama in 2013 and assisted her husband in the leadership and management of the temple. She has also attended many courses in communication, mentorship, pre-marital training, deity worship, bhakti Sastri and Bhakti Vaibhava.

Befriending Krishna’s Words: The 18 Yogas of the Bhagavad-gītā
As children in school, we all learned the “A-B-Cs” so that we could then learn to read and write—basic skills for getting through life in the modern world. Śrīla Prabhupāda sometimes called the Bhagavad-gītā “the A-B-Cs of spiritual life” suggesting that Krishna’s teachings in the Gītā are both basic and essential if we want to progress further on the devotional path of eternal life.
Have we learned our A-B-Cs well? Could we benefit from revisiting Krishna’s “primary school” teachings?
In this seminar/workshop we will experiment with some creative methods to engage with Krishna’s words. One method will be to focus on the yoga-names of each of the eighteen chapters. Another will be to explore ways to re-state what Krishna says in our own words. A third possibility is to enact stylized, impromptu mini-sketches to illustrate and dramatize Krishna’s message. Surely there are many possibilities . . .
The aim of this seminar/workshop is to befriend—to make friends with—Krishna’s words, by which we can better understand that Krishna is our best friend.

from 1978 to 1995 he visited India on pilgrimage. In 1995, as coordinator of a research group, he compiled and published Pancaratra-pradipa (in 2 volumes), a manual for Caitanya Vaishnava temple
worship. He also served ISKCON’s GBC as the minister for Deity worship from then until 2005. In 2004, after eight years of university study (resuming his interrupted studies from 1972), he
received a Ph.D. degree from the University of Oxford (St. Cross College), for his dissertation on Caitanya Vaishnava image worship, now available from Routledge Publishers as Attending Krsna’s

Mahatma Prabhus "self care course"
the Self-Care Course is most transformational and foundational to all aspects
of spirituality and self-improvement. Self-care is not a new age psychological concept; it is an underlying theme in Srila Prabhupada’s teachings. In this workshop you will learn concepts that
Srila Prabhupada taught, such as self-envy, spiritual suicide, and how loving oneself is the same as loving Krishna. Then you will get to apply these concepts to your own life. You will discover the causes of self-hatred and the
causes of self-love, and how even philosophical misconceptions can foster unnecessary toxic guilt and shame. As you do the work and use the materials, it will become clear that without a
sufficient degree of self-care you will end up working against your own wellbeing, being “envious of your own self” as both Prabhupada and the Gita put it, thus becoming your own worst enemy.
Topics covered In the self-care course: what self-care means, self-love to strengthen japa, the right mentality, spiritual challenges.
Bhaktin Carolin Sofie, a psychiatric nurse and musician, became inspired to practice Bhakti Yoga in 2019. On her spiritual journey she discovered the importance of inner work and as
part of that decided to study the topic of self-care in the framework of Krishna consciousness. She was taught as a self-care teacher by his Grace Mahatma Prabhu, who is giving self-care courses
for devotees all over the world for many years. Carolin is excited to take you on a practical journey of self-care that can change your devotional and material life and will give you new
inspiration and insights, which will empower you to make healthier decisions and live a more fulfilling life in every respect.
