Accommodations:
During the retreat, the few guest rooms available are reserve for preachers, kirtanias, cooks etc… and we can only provide facilities in ashram. If you wish to join the festival, we sincerely request that you register. This will mainly help us to calculate as accurately as possible the number of guests for whom we should cook. Please register before April 10, 2025 under the following link: ............................
Immediately after your registration, you will see an automatic confirmation. We do not send separate confirmations by email.
Please note that places in the asramas are limited, so staying in the ashrams is based on a first come first serve system.
Daily visitors are always welcome.
We request that you please inform us, should you not be able to attend after registering. This is especially important for those of you who have booked accommodation in the ashram because we can then give your place to another devotee.

In order to serve you by arranging pick up and drop off service, please fill up the following form carefully:

- Pickup from train station Neubrücke Nahe (8,00 € per ride up to 4 persons)
- Pickup from Hahn Airport (30,00 € per ride, up to 4 persons)
- Pick up from Luxembourg Airport (50 Euros per trip up to 45 minutes waiting plus parking fees)

Retreat fee:
Including Prasadam (Vegetarian & Vegan food), flowers, decorations etc.
- 25,-EUR/ person per day
- Children under age 6 free of charge, from 6-12 : half price
