We have great pleasure in inviting you to Goloka-dhama for one of the most important festivals for all disciples and sympathizers of H.H. Sacinandana Swami: The Sri Nityananda Trayodashi and Vyasa-puja festival in 2025; from 7th to 12th of February.
Tentative Schedule:
- Friday, February 7 – Arrival
- Saturday, February 8 – Seminar
- Sunday, February 9 – Disciples Meeting
- Monday, February 10 – Nityananda Trayodashi
- Tuesday, February11 – Vyasa-puja
- Wednesday, February 12 - Departure
Important:
If you wish to join the festival, we sincerely request that you register. This will mainly help us to calculate as accurately as possible the number of guests for whom we should cook. The registration link will be available here on 3rd of January 2025.
Immediately after your registration, you will see an automatic confirmation. We do not send separate confirmations by email (if you do not see the email in a few minutes, check your “spam” folder). Full payment (accommodation & festival fee) is required to confirm the booking of your accommodation on-site. If you book not on-site, we like to encourage you to pay the festival fee as soon as you have done your registration.
Please note that places in the ashrams are limited, so staying in the ashrams is based on a first come, first served system.
Daily visitors who stay outside are always welcome.
Especially for those of you who have booked accommodation on-site: if you are unable to attend the festival after registering, please make every effort to cancel your registration as soon as you know it (write to info@goloka-dhama.de), because we can then give your place to another devotee.
We kindly ask you to pick up your wristband at the registration desk after your arrival and to pay on site (if not yet done earlier): cash & PayPal possible.
Accommodation:
During festivals, the few guest rooms available are reserve for preachers, kirtanyas, cooks etc… and we can only provide facilities in the ashrams. Please note that only children above 10 years old are welcome in the ashrams. If you would like to book some accommodation outside Goloka Dhama, please look at Pension Link > or write to info@goloka-dhama.de.
- Camper: 10 € /Day/ Person
- Ashram floor including simple beddings 15 € /Day/ Person
- Daily visitors: Free
- Festival fee: Including Prasadam (Vegetarian & Vegan food), flowers, decorations etc. 25,-€ /Day/ Person
- Children under age 6 free of charge, from 7-14: half price
Note: you would need to take care of children under 6 years old yourself at all times, which typically means missing certain elements of the festival (eg. lectures and meditations). We ask everyone to respect and support the silence and concentration of the temple hall, which may mean inviting those with small children to leave the room.

- Pickup from Hahn Airport (€30.00 per ride, up to 4 persons)
- Pick up from Luxembourg Airport (50 Euros per trip up to 45 minutes waiting plus parking fees)

There will be no pick up or drop off to Frankfurt International (Main) Airport.
There will be no pick up or drop off to Frankfurt Hahn Airport or Luxembourg Airport after 9:00 PM, and to Neubrücke (Nahe) train station after 10:00 PM.
